Repair Program
Link's repair program is an example of innovative service we offer to customers. Whether you need a cold heading die repair program or just an individual punch or die fixed, contact us and we can set up such a program for your company. We will stock replacement items for your punch or die assemblies at our facility. Upon receipt of your punch or die assembly we will disassemble and inspect the condition of the tooling, assess what needs to be replaced, pull replacement items from our will-call and reassemble the tooling. The finished product will then go through our Quality Department to ensure it meets established requirements, and will then be shipped to you.
This saves both time and money by reusing those components that still have value and are in good condition, replacing only those items that have failed. The end result is decreased turn-around and downtime, and increased up, or run-time for your machines.
